People think of a dream house as a traditional or modern house in the city, in the countryside or situated at the edge of the water. A container is usually not something they would consider. In their eyes, a container is as a large, iron transportation box without any windows or doors.

It’s no surprise that people do not consider a container; it is not your standard home but an extremely affordable way of living. You can turn a container into a dream house for very little money. You don’t need a mortgage and you save a lot of money on construction, plumbing and notary fees.

Would you like to see how this container was transformed into a home?

Inside, there are grey wooden floors and the walls are also completely finished with wood. The space is fully furnished and divided into different sections. The interior provides a cosy atmosphere in the house. The kitchen has been designed in a way so you can easily cook, equipped with a gas stove with an oven under it, a large refrigerator, a sink and storage room.

The TV is set up in the living room, with the bed not too far from it. The walls in the bedroom are painted in bright colors so that it radiates tranquility as the shelf and mirror in this room make it look deeper than it is. The air conditioning and heating ensure that there is always a pleasant temperature.

Of course, a livable home cannot lack a bathroom; the shower and the toilet are located in the bathroom, along with a dryer. The bathroom is hidden behind a wooden wall so it really is shielded from the rest of the house.

Who would have expected to find this in a container? A cheap house without a mortgage… who wouldn’t want that! Make sure to share it with friends.
